Erich is our seasoned senior account executive, whose agency experience spans more years than he cares to confess in the presence of some of our younger team members. A proud alumni of Iowa State University, Erich’s professional journey began more than two decades ago, with 15 of those years in dedicated agency environments. He has a true passion for collaborating with creatives and clients, empowering them to unleash their potential and craft remarkable work that resonates with audiences.
Hailing from Hawaii but deeply rooted in the heart of the U.S., Erich has completed the Midwest “i-fecta,” having lived in every Midwest state that starts with the letter “i.” Outside the office, he is an avid pickleballer, who also enjoys running and cycling. When it’s time to wind down, you are likely to find the television at the Baker household tuned to NFL games, English Premier League matches, or a rewatching of various Marvel and Star Wars favorites.
