A Typical Work Week
This is a full-time, in-person position for our West Des Moines office. Not open for remote work at this time.
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and excels at communication, time management, and administrative coordination. The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day operations such as inbox and calendar management, meeting prep, reporting, and sales support—playing a key role in keeping the CEO and team running efficiently.

- Calendar and inbox management
- Meeting preparation and coordination
- Leadership and administrative support
- Reporting and document organization
- Sales and proposal assistance
Other Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of the CEO
- Organizing and preparing for meetings (agendas, materials, logistics)
- Managing leadership team calendars for alignment and effectiveness
- Creating and updating reports using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Responding to emails and phone calls as needed
- Running occasional errands and assisting with office needs
- Maintaining and updating digital and physical records
- Tracking expenses, helping with invoicing, and budget monitoring
- Assisting with event planning and operational logistics
- Being the go-to person when something needs to get done
Required Skills
- Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
